Brittany Perrot is a fifth and sixth grade teacher for TMS and teaches upper school Algebra II at the Mountain School. She was raised in Lake Placid, New York and attended St. Michael’s College in Vermont where she earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Psychology.
In 2010 she spent a year in Vail, Colorado where she fell in love with everything Colorado had to offer from wildflowers, to skiing and yoga. She returned home to Lake Placid to teach at Northwood School, but knew in her heart she would return to the Colorado mountains.
After four years of teaching high school math, coaching soccer, and serving as a dorm parent at Northwood School, she and her husband Ross Perrot packed up and moved to Telluride.
Brittany is grateful to be part of the Mountain School community and is excited to explore Colorado once again. When not at school she spends her time in search for the perfect chai tea latte, cooking, skiing and going on adventures with her husky Tuuka.
