Jim Johnson, M.A., has been a full and part time resident of Telluride since 1977. A graduate of Rollins College with a B.A. in history and The University of Santa Monica with an M.A. in transpersonal psychology, Jim has held numerous teaching and administrative positions at leading educational institutions around the country. These include serving as Director of Admissions at Cheshire Academy, a trustee of the Salisbury School and Headmaster of the Cedu School. in addition to his passion for education, Jim is passionate about horses and is certified in the Eponaquest model of equine assisted learning. His deepest passion, however, is for his two grandsons, Reeve and Morgan who currently attend the Telluride Mountain School.
