Seth Cagin

g-caginSeth Cagin graduated from Boulder High School, then New York University with a degree in Fine Arts (film), and has lived in Telluride with his family since 1990. He is the co-author of three books, We Are Not Afraid: The Story of Goodman, Schwerner and Chaney and the Civil Rights Campaign for Mississippi; Born to Be Wild: Hollywood and the Sixties Generation; and Between Earth and Sky, a history of ozone depletion. He and his wife Marta Tarbell founded The Telluride Watch and published the paper before selling the it in 2015. Seth and Marta’s son Carlos attended the Mountain School, which Seth helped found in 1998, for six years. He served as the school president for its first five years. The founding of the school is by far Seth’s proudest accomplishment.
